The 37-second footage going viral on social media shows the police robot allegedly dodging a bullet as a suspect, identified as Felix Delarosa, fires shots at it. The viral clip also shows the suspect throwing a bedsheet on the robot; however, Delarosa ends up getting teargassed by the device. The video also shows teargassing the suspect and finally pinning him down as the standoff ends with Felix Delarosa sustaining injuries. It is reported that Delarosa was wanted by the Texas’ “anti-gang” unit for a separate crime when the incident unfolded.
