Mumbai, September 26: In the latest development in the Akshay Shinde encounter, the Bombay High Court raised serious concerns over the custodial death of the Badlapur sexual assault case accused. On Wednesday, September 25, the high court questioned the police’s claim that the incident was an “encounter.” The court also noted potential foul play and directed authorities to preserve CCTV footage from the time Shinde was removed from jail until his death at Shivaji Hospital.
