Mumbai, October 3: On Wednesday, October 2, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organisation (WHO), praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and commended the government’s efforts on the 10th anniversary of the Swachh Bharat Mission. Tedros also highlighted the significant strides made in achieving sustainable development goals through the transformative initiative, which mobilised communities to promote a cleaner and healthier nation.
