A serious accident occurred at Green Mountain Park in Taif, Saudi Arabia, involving the “360 Degrees” amusement park ride, local media reported on Thursday, July 31. During operation, the ride’s central pole snapped, causing the gondola with passengers to crash to the ground. The incident resulted in at least 23 injuries, including three people in critical condition. Many victims were either riding the attraction or nearby and struck by debris. Eyewitnesses described a loud cracking noise, followed by panic as the structure failed, and the aftermath was widely shared on social media.
